A private lesson can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before it starts. A lesson cancelled later than that counts as taught and is not refunded, and a lesson whose fee is still unpaid 3 hours before it starts is cancelled automatically.

The intro call is free and is not a lesson or a test. Before any lessons are booked you can sit a free GMAT practice test in the current format. It gives a starting score and, more usefully, shows which question types and sections are costing you marks, so the plan is written from evidence rather than an estimate. The test is free; lessons are paid.

- How much does GMAT tutoring cost?

- How much is the GMAT group course?
