In a full-length practice test the questions are chosen for you. In the question bank you pick the topic and the difficulty, so you can stay on the questions you need.
Why practice by topic
- The GMAT Exam is computer adaptive: it selects each question in response to your earlier answers. A full test therefore gives you only a few questions at any one level; the bank lets you choose the level.
- Questions come with an explanation. On Critical Reasoning in particular, understanding why the wrong answer was tempting is much of the learning.
- Filtering by difficulty means you can work deliberately at hard questions rather than waiting for a test to give you one.

Each plan gives 4 months of access. There is no online checkout for the question bank: request a plan and access is arranged by email.
Question bank FAQs
- Is the question bank adaptive?
- No. In the bank you choose the topic and the difficulty yourself. The GMAT Exam itself is computer adaptive — it selects each question in response to your earlier answers — so use the full-length practice tests to practice under those conditions.
- Is Data Sufficiency covered?
- Yes, under Data Insights, split by the underlying content — algebra, arithmetic and word problems — so you can tell whether the difficulty is the format or the math beneath it.
- How many questions should I do per topic?
- Enough to see the pattern rather than a fixed number: keep going at one difficulty until the recurring reasons for your errors become clear. Reviewing a few questions carefully is worth more than rushing many.
- Can I buy one section?
- Yes. Sections are sold individually, as Quantitative with Verbal, or as the full bank, so you can take only Data Insights if that is where you are losing points.
