- Schools pay most attention to the percentile, not the scaled score, because it accounts for the age and grade of the student.
- A fraction of a mark is deducted for a wrong answer on multiple choice, so answering only when at least one option can be eliminated is the right habit.
- The writing sample is unscored but is sent to schools, giving them an unedited example of the student's writing.
